In short: This covers your account rather than any single purchase. Keep your login to yourself, one account per person. Your balance is store credit: spendable on plans, not withdrawable as cash, not transferable, and it does not expire while your account is open. Cashback and referral rewards are paid only after an order completes, and rewards earned through duplicate or fake accounts can be taken back. The travel history your account builds up is private to you, and only a link you mint yourself can show any of it to anyone else.
Language. This document is published in English, Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish. The English version is the authoritative one: in the event of any discrepancy, difference of interpretation or dispute, the English text prevails and is the version that binds both you and MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC. The other languages are provided for your convenience.
This agreement is about your eSimUP account: who may open one, how to keep it secure, the balance held in it, and the rewards it can earn. What you buy with the account, and what we promise about the eSIM itself, is covered by our Terms of Service.
eSimUP sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. We are a reseller. We are not a mobile network and we are not an MVNO. The connection itself comes from local operators, which we buy through our wholesale supplier, eSIM Go. Coverage, speed and which network you land on are theirs, not ours.
eSimUP is operated by MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC, taxpayer number 7200653321, of Baku, Azerbaijan. That is the company holding your account and your balance.
You can open an account if you are old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you are opening it for yourself.
You do not need an account to buy. You can check out as a guest. If you later register with the same email address, the orders you placed as a guest are attached to your new account.
What you tell us should be true and current. Your email address is how an eSIM reaches you, so if it stops working we may have no way to deliver anything or to reach you about a problem.
One person, one account. Do not open a second account to collect a welcome reward, to refer yourself, or to get around a suspension.
We may treat accounts as duplicates when the evidence we hold points that way, such as the same device or the same pattern of use. If we do, we may close the extra accounts and remove any reward that only existed because of them.
Choose a password you do not use anywhere else. We only ever store a scrypt hash of it, so we cannot read your password, and nobody at eSimUP will ever ask you for it.
Signing in creates a session, and we store only a hash of the session token. Resetting your password ends every session, on every device.
We record login attempts, including the email address tried, the IP address and the browser or app they came from, and we remember devices you have used as a hash. This exists to spot someone else trying to get into your account, and it is what the rate limit counts when it locks out repeated failures. Our retention policy for those records is 90 days, but the job that enforces it is not built yet, so today they are simply kept. The Privacy Policy says the same, and we will not quietly leave the gap open.
While your credentials work, what happens through your account is treated as you. Tell us as soon as you think someone else has access, and change your password.
Your balance is credit you hold with eSimUP and can spend on plans. It is not a bank account, it is not e-money, and it is not cash we are holding for you. Concretely:
The balance cannot move between accounts. A plan can. This is a feature rather than a loophole, so it is worth stating next to the rule it looks like it breaks.
In the app you can turn an eSIM you own into a single-use share code that lasts 30 days. Whoever enters it takes ownership of the eSIM: it leaves your account and appears in theirs. Only one live code per eSIM, and the plan does not move until the code is claimed, so an unclaimed share costs you nothing and can simply be left to expire.
Two things follow from it. The order and its payment stay with you, because they record who paid rather than who holds the profile now. And when a share is claimed, each of you is added to the other's travel companions list with the name and email address on the account — so do not send a share code to someone you would not want holding your email address.
Your account remembers where your plans have worked: a list of countries, and a card for each plan showing the destination, the days it ran, the data it used and the networks it connected through. It is built from your own eSIM records and nothing else.
It is private, and private is not a setting you have to go and find. A new account is private the moment it exists, and nothing you do in the app — buying, topping up, referring someone, receiving a shared plan — makes any of it visible to anyone. There is no public profile, no directory of eSimUP customers, and no way for one account to look up another.
You can share one trip card at a time, and that is the only thing that can be shared — your passport as a whole cannot be, by anyone, including us. Sharing mints a link, and that link is the credential: whoever holds it can open that page without signing in and without an account of their own. Forwarding it is the same as making it public, so treat it that way.
You can revoke a link at any time and the page stops loading. Revoking works from that moment onward — it cannot recover a screenshot or make someone forget a page they already read.
A title you type onto a trip is your own content and appears on the page you share. Keep other people's details out of it, and keep it inside our Acceptable Use rules. We can remove a title or revoke a link that breaks them.
Since a plan can move between accounts, its history moves with it. Give away an eSIM you have already used and the trip card for it belongs to the new owner, along with any title you put on it, while any link you had shared for that trip is revoked in the move. Give away an unused profile and there is no history to move.
Nothing overwrites your balance. Every movement is a separate ledger entry, and the balance is the sum of those entries. The entry types are topup, bonus, cashback, referral, purchase, refund and adjustment. Each one carries a date, an amount and a description, so a balance can always be explained line by line.
All prices are held and charged in US dollars, as whole cents. If we show you a price in another currency, that is a display conversion at an indicative rate. The amount actually charged is the US dollar figure.
Top-ups are not available yet. We have not connected a payment provider, so at the moment nothing can be added to a balance by paying us. Paydo is the provider we intend to use. eSimUP never stores your card number. The most we would ever keep is the card brand and the last four digits, as returned to us by the provider.
A completed order earns cashback into your balance. The rate is currently 20 percent of the order. It is credited after the order completes, not at the moment you place it.
The rate is a setting, not a promise. We can change it or stop it. A cashback setting can also carry a minimum order value below which nothing is earned, and a cap on how much a single order can return; the one running today has neither. Where more than one setting could apply, the most generous rate wins.
The rate that applies to an order is the one in force when that order completes, and the cashback entry on your ledger names the rate it was paid at.
Cashback needs an account to land in. An order placed as a guest earns none, and claiming that order later does not backdate the reward.
Every account has a referral code. If someone new uses yours, both of you get a reward. It is currently 3 US dollars each.
The timing matters, so here it is plainly. The reward is credited after the invited person completes their first qualifying purchase, which currently means an order of at least 3 US dollars. It is not credited when they install the app, when they create an account, or when they enter the code. Until that first purchase completes, the referral is simply pending.
The code must be entered before the invited person's first purchase. We refuse a code when:
The reward amounts are fixed at the moment the code is entered. If we change the campaign afterwards, that pair still gets the amounts that applied when they joined it.
Rewards are for real customers. If a reward exists only because of a duplicate account, a fake account, a self-referral, or an order placed to trigger a payout and then reversed, we can take it back.
We do that by hand, with an adjustment entry on the ledger and a reason attached, so you can see exactly what was removed and why. Nothing reverses a reward automatically.
If the reward has already been spent, the adjustment can leave the balance below zero. We will not chase you for the shortfall — it sits on the ledger and clears against the next credit that lands. But while the balance is negative you cannot pay for a plan out of it, because a purchase is refused unless the balance covers it in full, and topping up is not possible yet. In practice that means waiting for the next credit, or paying another way once card payments are live. The Refund Policy describes the same rule for a refunded order.
We may suspend an account if we believe it is being used to break this agreement, our Acceptable Use rules, or the law, or if rewards are being farmed through it.
While an account is suspended you cannot sign in, buy, or spend the balance. The suspension does not by itself take the balance away. An eSIM you already hold keeps working unless the supplier or the local operator stops it, which is their decision and not something we control.
Suspensions can be wrong. Tell our support team what you think happened and a person will look at it. If we got it wrong, we lift it and the balance is untouched.
You can delete your account yourself, from the app. It happens immediately, and you do not have to email anyone to make it happen. The website has no delete button yet, so if you have only ever used the site, write to [email protected] and we will do it for you. When it happens:
That bullet list is all of it, so here is the remainder rather than an impression.
Orders, payments and refunds stay, because they are financial records. They are not anonymous afterwards: an order keeps the email address it was placed with, and the IP address and browser or app that placed it. We would rather tell you that than claim a clean break we do not make. If you want those scrubbed too, ask us and we will tell you what we can and cannot remove.
The emptied account also keeps your language, country and currency, your support ID, your referral code and the referrals attached to it, your wallet ledger, your registered devices, and the eSIMs issued to you. Login attempts keep the email address that was tried.
Your travel history stays too, and so does any share link you had already made — deleting the account does not go round revoking the things you published from it. Until deletion does that by itself, revoke your share links first, or ask us and we will revoke them for you. It is a gap and we would rather you heard it from us.
Deletion is final and we cannot undo it. Any balance left in the account goes with it. It is store credit, it is not withdrawable, and there is nothing we can pay out to you, so spend it first if you want it.
An eSIM already installed on your device is not removed by deleting your account. It may keep working until its data or its validity runs out. You will no longer be able to see it in the app, and we will no longer be able to link it to you for support.
We will change this document as the product changes, and the date at the top is the last time we did.
Cashback and referral rates are settings, not clauses. They can change without a new version of this document. For cashback, the rate that counts is the one in force when the order completes. For a referral, it is the one fixed when the code was entered.
The company behind this agreement is MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC, taxpayer number 7200653321, of Baku, Azerbaijan, and it is registered there. The Terms of Service name Azerbaijani law as the governing one, and the same applies to this agreement.
This does not remove any right you have under the consumer law that already applies where you live. Where that law gives you more than this document does, it applies on top of this agreement rather than instead of it.
Not legal advice. This document describes honestly how eSimUP works, but it has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and is not drafted for any particular jurisdiction. Before eSimUP takes money from customers it should be reviewed by a solicitor in the country the business is registered in — particularly the sections on liability, refunds and governing law.
