In short: eSimUP sells prepaid data plans as eSIM profiles. We are a reseller, not a phone network — the signal comes from local operators, so coverage and speed are not ours to promise. A plan's clock starts when your eSIM first connects in the destination, not when you buy it. Everything is priced and charged in US dollars.
Language. This document is published in English, Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish. The English version is the authoritative one: in the event of any discrepancy, difference of interpretation or dispute, the English text prevails and is the version that binds both you and MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC. The other languages are provided for your convenience.
eSimUP sells prepaid mobile data plans, delivered as eSIM profiles, through the website at esimup.io and the eSimUP app for iOS and Android.
We are a reseller. We are not a mobile network operator and we are not an MVNO. We own no spectrum, no masts and no core network. The connectivity you get comes from local operators in each destination, reached through our wholesale supplier, eSIM Go.
The practical version: we sell you the plan, provision it and support you. The signal itself is somebody else's, and so is the quality of it.
The company behind eSimUP is MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC, Heydar Aliyev ave, Arena Plaza, Block C, Floor 7, Baku, Azerbaijan, taxpayer number 7200653321. That is who you are contracting with when you buy a plan.
A prepaid allowance of mobile data, for a named destination, valid for a set number of days, delivered as an eSIM profile you install on your phone.
It is data only. That has consequences worth reading before you buy:
An eSIM profile can be installed once. Once it is on a device it stays on that device — it cannot be moved to another phone.
Before it is installed, though, you can give the whole thing away. The app can turn an eSIM you own into a single-use share code, valid for 30 days, that hands the profile to another eSimUP account. When someone claims it the eSIM moves to them and it is no longer yours; the order and its payment record stay with you, because they are the record of who paid. Both of you are then listed as travel companions of each other, with the name and email address on each account.
One thing to know before you give away a plan you have already used: its trip card travels with the eSIM. The history is a history of the profile, so it moves to whoever claims it, and any share link you had made for that trip is revoked as it moves.
If you delete the profile from your phone, it is gone. We cannot recover it and we cannot reissue it. Delete it only when you are finished with the plan.
On iOS 17.4 and later, the app can install the profile for you through Apple's universal link. On Android you type the activation details in by hand. That is not us cutting a corner: Android only lets an app install a profile when the app's own credentials are built into the profile, and only a network operator can do that. We are not one.
Your device has to support eSIM at all. Whether it does is a question about your device, not about eSimUP.
A plan's validity starts when the eSIM first attaches to a network in the plan's destination.
Not when you pay for it. Not when you install it. The clock starts on that first connection, which means you can buy days ahead and install before you travel without spending any of your validity.
Once the clock is running it does not pause and cannot be stopped. When the days run out, or the data runs out, whichever happens first, the connection simply stops. There is no overage charge and nothing renews or bills automatically — if you want more, you buy more.
This is also the line that decides refunds. Before that first connection a plan can be refunded; after it, it cannot. The Refund Policy explains why.
Every price is stored and charged in US dollars, as whole cents.
If you see a price in another currency, that is display only. We convert it with an indicative rate to give you a sense of the cost. The amount actually charged is the US dollar figure, and the rate your own bank applies on the day may be different from the one we showed you. If the two do not match, your bank's rate is the real one.
Card payments are not connected yet. Paydo is the provider we intend to use. Until that is live, no card can be charged through eSimUP at all.
eSimUP never stores your card number. When payments go live the provider handles the card itself, and of the card we would hold only the brand and the last four digits. Alongside that we would keep the ordinary record of the payment: the provider's reference for it, the amount, its status, the method used, a link to the provider's receipt, and the response the provider sent us. None of that contains your card number.
Your balance is store credit. You can spend it on plans on eSimUP, and that is what it is for.
It is not cash. It cannot be withdrawn, and it cannot be transferred to another account. It does not expire while your account is open.
The balance is built from a ledger — top-ups, bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, purchases, refunds, and manual adjustments made by support with a reason attached. Your balance is the sum of those entries, which means any figure we show you can be explained line by line.
Cashback is currently 20% of a completed order, credited to your balance after the order completes. The rate is a setting, not a promise: we can change it, and a rate can also carry a minimum order value or a cap on a single reward. Today there is no minimum and no cap. The rate that applies is the one in force at the moment the order completes, which is when the credit is worked out — not the one displayed when you placed it. In practice these are the same rate; they differ only if we change it in between.
Referral rewards are currently $3 to you and $3 to the person you invite, paid only after they complete their first qualifying purchase of at least $3. Referring yourself, redeeming a code twice, and codes used by people who are already customers are all refused.
If an order is refunded, we also reverse the cashback and referral credit that order earned. That reversal is done by hand, as an adjustment entry on your ledger, rather than by anything automatic. The Refund Policy sets out what it involves.
This is the section most sellers hedge. We would rather be blunt, because the alternative is you finding out in an airport.
Coverage, speed and network selection belong to the local operator. We buy access to their network; we do not run it and cannot improve it. So:
If a plan genuinely does not work in the destination you bought it for, that is our problem and not yours. We will look at what the eSIM actually did, and we will fix it, replace it or refund it — even if it has already started. The Refund Policy describes how that works.
We will also tell you the truth about what went wrong, including when the answer is that we cannot do anything about it.
Give us an email address that works. It identifies your order and it is where receipts and eSIM details are meant to go.
Email sending is not connected yet. Until it is, your eSIM details and your order history live in your account on the website and in the app, and that is where to find them. Do not wait for an email that cannot yet be sent.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and if you think someone else has got into it, tell us.
Do not use eSimUP for anything unlawful, do not resell what you buy from us, and do not try to game the referral or cashback mechanics with fake accounts or self-referrals. We can suspend or close an account that does.
Your account also carries a travel history of where your plans have worked. It is private, and the next section covers what happens if you decide to share any of it.
What we collect while you use eSimUP, and why, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
eSimUP keeps you a travel history: the countries your plans have worked in, and a card for each plan. It is yours and it is private. Nobody else can see it, and nothing about it is public until you do something to make it so.
If you choose to share a trip card — the only thing that can be shared; your passport as a whole cannot be — we mint a link. That link is the only thing standing between the page and the world, so anyone who ends up holding it can open the page, with no account and no sign-in. Sharing is publishing. Send the link to one friend and it is between you and your friend; post it and it is public, and so is everything on the card, including the preview picture that chat apps will draw from it and may keep. What the page shows, and what it never shows, is listed in the Privacy Policy.
The title you give a trip is yours to write and yours to answer for. It appears on the page you shared. Do not put another person's details in it, and do not use it for anything unlawful or abusive — those are the same rules as the rest of our Acceptable Use policy, and we can take down a title or kill a link that breaks them.
You can revoke a link whenever you like and the page stops working. Revoking is forward-looking only: it cannot recover a screenshot, a copy someone saved, or the memory of a person who already read it. We will not tell you otherwise.
Sharing is a feature, not a promise. We may change how it works or withdraw it, in which case shared links stop resolving. If we have to break it, it breaks closed — a link that stops working is the failure we would rather have than one that keeps working after you revoked it.
We do not repost your trips, put them in advertising, or show them to other customers. If we ever want to use one publicly, we will ask you first and take no for an answer.
In short: a plan that has not started can be refunded, a plan whose eSIM has already connected to a network cannot, and a plan that genuinely does not work is ours to put right.
The full rules, including what happens to cashback and referral credit on a refunded order, are in the Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.
We can add, change, reprice or withdraw destinations and plans. Much of the time that is because our supplier or a local operator has done so first, and we have no say in it.
We can change the cashback rate and the referral reward. We do not go back and reduce credit you have already earned on an order that has already completed. The two work slightly differently before that point: a referral is locked to the amounts in force when the code was entered, while cashback is worked out from the rate in force when the order completes. So a rate change between placing an order and its completion does reach that order.
When we change this document, the date at the top changes with it. Because email sending is not connected yet, we cannot notify you of changes — the dated version on this page is the only notice that exists. If we ever make a change that materially reduces what you get, we will say so in plain words at the top rather than hoping you do not read it.
If we get something wrong, the most you can recover from us is what you paid us for the plan concerned. We are a reseller of small prepaid data plans and we cannot carry the cost of what a lost connection might have interrupted.
So we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — a missed flight or booking, a missed meeting, lost work, lost earnings, lost data, the cost of buying another SIM, or the cost of a call you had to make some other way.
Some countries do not let a seller limit its liability this far, and some rights cannot be signed away at all. Where that is the case, the local rule wins and this section applies only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using eSimUP whenever you like. You can also delete your account from the app: your personal details are cleared immediately, your email address is replaced with a placeholder that cannot receive mail, and every session is signed out.
Deleting your account does not refund unused plans and does not pay out your balance, because the balance is store credit and not cash. If you want a refund, ask for it before you delete the account.
Orders and payments survive account deletion, because they are financial records. Be clear about what that means: an order keeps the email address it was placed with, along with the IP address and browser or app that placed it, and deleting the account does not scrub those. The account itself is emptied of your name, phone number and password and its email is replaced, but the order records remain readable. If you want those removed as well, ask us at [email protected] and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot delete.
Your travel history is not removed by deleting the account either, and neither is a share link you had already made. So revoke any link you care about before you delete the account, or ask us and we will revoke it for you.
We can suspend or close an account for fraud, unlawful use, abuse of the referral or cashback mechanics, or abuse of the chargeback process. Where we can tell you why, we will.
We can also stop selling. If that happens, plans that have been paid for and have not started will be refunded.
Start by writing to [email protected] with your order number. Most disagreements turn out to be about when a plan starts. We are a very small operation with no ticketing system and no automated email, so we cannot promise how quickly you will hear back — only that a person reads every message and answers it.
